Kakobuy notices and community reports, kept in two separate columns
What Kakobuy published, with dates, and what circulated in the community without appearing on the official announcement list. Mixing the two is how rumours become rules.
Official Kakobuy notices, newest first
Kakobuy’s announcement list held these five entries on 10 October 2026. The list shows release times without years; the years come from each detail page.
| Dated | What it says | Status |
|---|---|---|
| 9 October 2026 | Halloween Fest: 10% shipping subsidy 10 to 16 October; coupon pack code KAKOHALLOWEEN 10 to 31 October | Subsidies expire 30 November 2026 |
| 1 July 2026 | EU duty-free shipping lines continue, taxes stated as included | Route specific |
| 23 June 2026 | EU category customs: Kakobuy charges a flat €3 per parcel regardless of categories | May be withdrawn with notice |
| 17 April 2025 | Tax-free routes for US users, roughly $5 to $10 more per parcel than conventional routes | Still linked from the home page |
| 22 September 2024 | New users receive CNY 3,000 in coupons (about $410) | The dated sign-up figure |
Notices are commitments with dates, not standing policy. The EU flat rate says in its own text it may be withdrawn; the festival subsidy has an end date; the US notice is old enough that you should confirm the route still exists in the estimator.
What circulated without an official notice

A notice dated 30 August 2026, describing a hacker attack on Kakobuy’s servers and website, was relayed widely in late summer. On 10 October 2026 it did not appear on Kakobuy’s own announcement list, which carried the five entries above. We do not know whether it was withdrawn, posted elsewhere, or never official.
That uncertainty is the point of this section. When a security story circulates, check the announcement list and your own account’s inbox, change your password through the official site, and do not follow links in reposts. The help centre’s password article and the contact page are both reachable from the site footer.
Community reports also move faster than notices on route delays. Threads asking whether a UK Economy parcel is lost appear regularly; the line’s own description of a 7 to 9 day tracking gap answers most of them.
Current Kakobuy coupons and how they differ from referral codes

The October 2026 Halloween notice describes a coupon-pack claim period from 10 to 31 October. Claiming a pack and using a coupon are different actions. Open the coupon in your account to check its minimum spend, applicable route, expiry and whether it can combine with another offer. A promotional code alone does not show the discount that will apply to your parcel.
Codes posted in Discord or under videos are often referral codes rather than coupons. A coupon reduces your bill; a referral code binds your account to the poster. Both are legitimate. Know which one you are entering.
Change log for these notes

We change a page when the official text it quotes changes, and record it here.
- 15 October 2026: notes published. Discord counts and community links rechecked; all linked threads and videos returned live pages.
- 10 October 2026: official pages read for this edition (help centre, announcement list, contact, estimator).
Notices like the EU duty-free update are the kind of text that triggers a rewrite: a dated commitment about taxes on specific lines, which can change with a new notice.
Check what changed for your parcel
A route announcement matters only when its country, goods restrictions and effective date apply to your parcel. Keep the notice alongside the route conditions shown at checkout. An old coupon screenshot does not show that a discount can still be claimed or combined with another offer. Use the value that actually appears on the payment screen.
